Carlinkit 2.0 works fine with my Nd2 and others report the same in the American forum and in the reddit forum about these devices. It did not work well with firmwares before January this year, but now is stable.

Also Out of the box funktioniert der Carlinkit 2.0 bei mir nicht. Ich muss also definitiv updaten.
Where did you get the latest firmware and how did you update your device? Via USB or Online?

Ich hatte nach den positiven Meldungen hier auch das Carlinkit bestellt und habe es seit einer Woche im Einsatz. Anfangs war es so, dass die Verbindung zwischen iPhone und Carlinkit/MZD nach ein paar Sekunden immer wieder getrennt wurde, aber nach einem Update hat alles funktioniert. Bin zufrieden!
Das Update habe ich so gemacht, wie in der Anleitung beschrieben: Verbindung herstellen und dann im Browser die angegebene Seite/IP aufrufen. Dort ist ein Button mit dem man das Update starten kann. Damit das funktioniert ist übrigens NICHT nötig, dass das iPhone eine WLAN-Verbindung zu Carlinkit anzeigt. Das hatte mich anfangs verwirrt. Das aufrufen der IP ist trotzdem möglich. -
hab ja eher sorge, dass das Carlinkit dann abstürzt.
Edit: Die Sorge war unbegründet. Ging schnell und einfach. Stabilität teste ich dann gleich.

Sehr gute Entscheidung. Mein Carlinkit 2.0 lief gestern nach dem Update bei der ersten Ausfahrt auf Anhieb stabil. Firmware ist aus Feb. 2021.
