Schaltung hakelig

    Hallo!



    Ich habe meine Problem weiterverfolgt und versucht etwas konkreteres rauszufinden. Was ich bemerkt habe ist wenn ich in die Kurve schalte, dann habe ich kratzendes Gefühl beim Schalten (rote Punkte), egal welche Gang ich wechsle. Nicht in die Kurve Hochschalten ab 3500 geht ohne Probleme.

    Es ist vielleicht bei andere Autos auch so, hatte aber kein Grund auszuprobieren. Ich habe aber bei meiner aus Neugir bei roten Ampel alle Gänge durchzuspielen und die Gänge gehen nicht immer rein (ich kann durch die rote Punkte nicht immer durchboxen). Erste Gang geht aber, und bei Fahrt gehen die Gänge rein (nur teilweise mit Widerstand).

    Weisst ihr etwas, was helfen könnte? Habt ihr auch so etwas, wenn ihr über hakelig redet, oder meins ist extrem oder das ist normal mechanisches Gefühl?

    In November war ich beim Werkstatt, da habe ich bekommt, dass alles prima.

    Mache ich etwas falsch? Bei meine vorherige Autos hatte ich kein Probleme :(

    Was meinst Du mit den roten Punkten?


    Wenn die Werkstatt auch wirklich den Getriebeölstand kontrolliert hat (?), könnte es sein, dass Du das Kupplungspedal nicht weit genug trittst.

    Outline

    • Two neutral switches have been adopted for improved accuracy of the i-stop control for MT vehicles.


    Purpose

    • The neutral switch detects the neutral position of the shift lever.


    Function

    Neutral switch No.1

    • The manual transmission condition required for each control of the engine is detected.


    Neutral switch No.2

    • Detection accuracy has been improved by comparing with the neutral switch No.1 signal.

    Due to this, determination accuracy of the engine stop / restart conditions for i-stop control has been improved.


    Construction

    • The neutral switch is located on the manual transmission.

    • A pushed-in type rod has been adopted for the neutral switch.

    • The relation of the shift lever, rod and neutral switch is as follows.

    Shift lever condition Rod condition Neutral switch condition Neutral position pushed in ON

    Except neutral position Release OFF


    Operation

    1.When the shift lever is in the neutral position, the neutral switch rod is pushed in.

    2.When the rod is pushed in, the neutral switch turns ON (1).

    3.When the neutral switch is ON, the PCM detects (2) a neutral switch ON signal.

    Ich habe nur gesagt, dass Schaltung hakelig ist. Sie haben eine Runde mit Auto gefahren. Ich weiss nicht ob sie noch etwas gemacht/kontrolliert haben.


    Ich trete den Kupplungspedal voll durch. Ich habe aber auch gedacht dass es trennt sich nicht völlig (?). Die Ölstand wäre auch eine gute Idee.
